LIMITED LIABILITY & WARRANTY POLICY

Southside Safety, Inc shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to any party for loss of profits, diminution of good will, injuries, or any special consequential or incidental damages whatsoever with respect to any claim in connection with Southside Safety, Inc's products or parts. Southside Safety, Inc's maximum liability for warranty claims is limited to invoice price of product claimed to be defective for one year from time of purchase. There are no warranties which extend beyond description on the face hereof. This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect. Replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.
